Soul Route is a premium travel service provider specializing in spiritual journeys, heritage walks, and pilgrimage management. Since our services are experiential and informational, our "Shipping & Delivery" refers to the delivery of digital vouchers, booking confirmations, and travel itineraries.
Delivery Timelines
Instant Confirmation
You will receive an automated payment receipt immediately after a successful transaction via Razorpay.
Final Itinerary
The detailed day-wise itinerary and travel vouchers will be delivered to your registered email address within 24-48 business hours of booking.
Mode of Delivery
All documents are delivered in digital format (PDF/Web Link). You can access your bookings through:
- Your registered email address (official.soulroute@gmail.com).
- Your personal "Dashboard" on the Soul Route website.
- Direct WhatsApp communication from your assigned travel coordinator.
Physical Goods
Soul Route does not deal in physical merchandise. No physical shipment will be dispatched to your billing or mailing address. In case of any "Welcome Kits" provided during the tour, these will be handed over in person at the destination.
