We understand that plans can change. Here is our policy regarding the cancellation of tour bookings.
Before Departure
30+ Days
Deduction of administrative & booking fees.
Before Departure
15-30 Days
Half of the total package cost will be refunded.
Before Departure
Less than 15 Days
No refund available for last-minute cancellations.
Crucial Timelines
The cancellation clock starts from the moment we receive your written request at official.soulroute@gmail.com. Time is calculated relative to the scheduled departure time of your tour.
Rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations if made within 15 days of travel.
Unused services or "No-Shows" are completely non-refundable.
Natural calamities or government restrictions (Force Majeure) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with maximum flexibility.
How to Cancel
via Dashboard
Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Bookings', select the package, and click 'Cancel Booking'.
via Support
Send an email with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation to our official support channel.
